I had an hernia repair with mesh 4years ago i have been getting a burning pain in my groin and genitals plus a very bloated stomach any ideas thanks.

Failed hernia repair: I am going to presume that you had an inguinal hernia repair. It seems that maybe that mesh has loosened and some bowel is coming through. This is why you have the referred pain to your groin. If your skin over the area is normal colored, you should call your PCP ASAP for an appointment. If the skin is darker than usual or purplish, you should go to the ER.
