I've rec'd amoxicillin 500 mg every 8 hrs for 10 days for a strep infection. this is day 6. my throat looks better than the all over angry red w white spot like the head of a pin; now, my throat isn't as red but the white spot is now nickel size?

Symptoms: The infection is resolving. Finish 10 days of the antibiotic and the symptoms return, please see your PCP. Additional cultures may be obtained at that time.
