I know this would be rare but would it be possible for a 5 mm pituitary adenoma to cause stalk effect? currently i have mild hyperprolactenemia with normal macroprolactin levels & was told it was not a prolactinoma. meds only lower it not shrink it?

I'm unclear as to what a stalk effect is. If an endocrinologist is not involved in your case, consult one for best advice& follow-up. If one already is involved I'd follow his/her advice.

Pituitary adenoma remove. Thyroid low, put on thyroxine. Continue to have cold sensitivity, bad constipation, weight gain, fatigue. Most thyroid labwork TSH .9ng/dl, FreeT4 1.0ng/dl, T4 5.0ug/dl , but T3 103ng/d. Being told thyroid levels fine.
