Seems unlikely: Tsh is produced by the pituitary gland, but that level is still showing suppression by your synthyroid (or whatever you are on). I assume you didn't have surgery, and only the radiation? I am not sure what your "sickness" is now, but maybe you can be re-evaluated by a physician.

Need dose adjusted: Your TSH is very supressed and you have been on 150mcgs of synthroid (thyroxine) - your doctor may need to lower down your synthroid (thyroxine) dose- as now you are taking too much. I don't know if this has made you feel "really sick" as you referred here- you should go to see your md and get yourself checked. Having too much thyroid hormone in the body can make you feel jittery, shaky, sweating more, increase bm etc.
