Why are both testicles hard? checked for stds. also checked by my doctor who said they were tender. 4 months on, they are definitely rock hard still. i'm sure what my doctor felt was the thick sack (when they're cold). no lumps or pain, still worried?

Did your doctor confirm your testicle are firmer than normal, i.e. truly "hard"? Or only tender? If any doubt or continued concern, see a urologist. Good luck.

There was no need for the STD tests with your complaints. Self exam findings by you are not always accurate. Pl get checked by a Urologist and go prepared to ask all the questions you have so you have no doubts remaining. Good luck.
