My partners testicles are really itchy, he has made them sore by itching. he has said that they are painfully itchy, red and dry. he does not have a sti or std. could you tell me what this could be? or what to use to help?

Jock itch: There are several strains of fungus that can trigger intense itching in the groin, scrotal tissue & anus. They get there from contaminated fingers on unwashed hands. There are many OTC anti-fungal creams/lotions/sprays that may be available in your region. His doc could confirm this & prescribe something.

Agree with Dr. F: An addition issue may be allergy to detergent residue in underwear. Adding extra washes to the laundry cycle may be helpful.
