27 year old with left testicle pain, for couple days noticed while sitting mostly before now its ongoing.i do know i have a pinched nerve from an mri on s1 root from herniated disc, should i be worried if it can be something serious?

The main thing to worry about with ongoing testicular pain, besides the possibility of a tumor, is testicular torsion. This is when the testicle twists enough, that it cuts off, or limits, it's own blood supply. If the pain is still present, I would have it evaluated very soon. Frequently, ultrasound is used to identify blood flow to the testicle. It may also spot other possible abnormalities.
