Lumbar disc disease: As with any ailment you need to get expert opinion. If you don't have any weakness in legs, sensory deficits or urinary issues then treating it conservatively would be appropriate at this time , taking Advil (ibuprofen) or Ibuprofen , Physical therapy , heating pad may help it if symptoms persist then see a Neurologist.
