I recently noticed a small tiny black bump under my scrotum. i ended up popping it and blood started coming it.it stopped bleeding after about 20 minutes but now im worried if its something more serious. should i have popped it? will it grow back?

Sometimes the scrotum has tiny benign dilatation of blood vessels under the skin - called hemangiomas. They bleed when picked or damaged. Otherwise they are harmless and nothing to worry about. Pl dont pop them . Good luck
