44 yr old female, left rib and abdominal pain began after weightloss. i had cbc blood work, chest xray and abdominal ultrasound. everything came back normal. could it be my pancreas?

It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. If the weight loss was unintended, that may warrant priority attention from a GI specialist. It would be prudent to see a doctor about the pain if it is not resolving. Wish you good health!

There are so many possible causes of your symptoms. If it had been the pancreas, some simple blood tests would have shown this possibility. If your symptoms persist, further testing may be necessary. See your primary care doctor or a gastroenterologist. Good luck.
