Duplicates a previous question. As advised there, this is a complex problem that cannot be answered accurately with the limited information possible to convey on this forum. It certainly could cause head pain and perhaps pain referred to the neck, but probably less likely to cause vision changes. Only her doctors can answer usefully. Good luck.
