My 17 yr old had a mri showed severe right sphenoid sinus disease after the antibiotics were done she is still in very bad head pain goes from back to right side of head dizziness and vision changes?

Please see urgent care and your physician right away. She needs an assessment for further studies and another course of antibiotics. Dizziness and vision changes may indicate spread of the infection. Watch for signs of distress and please follow up. An imaging study may be indicated.
