I'm having pain below my adams apple. kinda feels like it's been scraped not a sore throat. i also.have upper left abdominal pain and have been really tired lately. could this be mono? sometimes it feels like i have a lump.in my throat?

The thyroid gland is there & could be inflamed. Mono is a cause of fatigue & the spleen is located in the left upper abdomen and is involved in mono. For these reasons you should be examined and tested for mono with a cbc& diff and monotest and, if deemed advisable depending upon the examination, for thyroiditis.
