Mononucleosis? : Not enough information. What were your symptoms & how long you were sick ?did you have a strep test for your sore throat? Negative mono spot test & equivocal IgM result, most likely you don't have infectious mononucleosis, there is . a complete EB virus panel & CBC that has high atypical lymphocytes plus clinical picture suggestive of mononucleosis help in making the diagnosis.
