They are the common findings in a patient with primary or secondary pulmonary hypertension. Premature atrial contraction (PAC) is not serious and quite common when you have tricuspid regurgitation. You need a thorough work up for the etiology of these abnormalities. You probably have the pulmonary pressure and right ventricle size by the echocardiogram report.
