If i have a concussion from 10 days ago from hitting my head on a cabinet door and i accidentally hit my forehead on a sun visor today, did i add to the damage any more? could i cause a brain bleed?

Were you still having symptoms from the concussion from 10 days ago? How hard did you hit your head on the visor? If you are having any symptoms like increased dizziness, sleepiness, bad headache, etc. then go to the ER to get evaluated. If you are not having any symptoms, you are likely fine but call your doctor to be sure. Good luck to you!

This has already been answered but will repeat: If your head injuries did not cause alteration of consciousness, memory loss, or a combination of both, you did NOT have a concussion. Since you appear so anxious, best to seek a physician's attention ASAP.
