Thankfully the skull and inner brain coverings are designed with multiple layers of cushion like tissues that absorb & dissipate shocks like those you describe. If you don't have memory loss/dizziness/balance difficulties or other signs the system has been affected I would not spend time worrying about it.

Closed head injuries are common and can be repetitive, and the vast majority are rather benign and self-limited. By definition, if you did not suffer alteration of consciousness, memory loss, or a combination of both, you did not have a concussion. If you are worried about your head injuries, contact your doctor regarding your issues.

If one is repeatedly hitting one's forehead on objects, the question is Why? Could One have Visual problems? Best to see the Eye Doctor and then the Neurologist to be sure what's going on.
