My father is 69 years old and suffering from diabetes and heart failure. his efficiency is 15% and serum urea level is 85 ( last week it was - 75) and creatinine is 1.5 last week reading (1.68) what to do? he is taking esmr for 2nd time?

I assume your father has severe ischemic cardiomyopathy. His abnormal kidney function is purely pre-renal azotemia, i.e. renal insufficiency is due to heart failure with impaired renal perfusion. The only way to improve the kidney function (for lowering BUN & creatinine ) is the treatment to improve left ventricular ejection fraction. I am not sure if ESMR is making any difference.
