It's not prudent to draw conclusions from an isolated, nonfasting blood sugar under the circumstances you describe. Talk to a medical provider about diabetic screening. They'll want to look at your hemoglobin A-1C, a glucose tolerance test, lipid studies, and other important health indicators. If you're looking for stuff to worry about, diabetes isn't the only lurking threat out there.
