Fruit snacks: Fruit snacks are probably a good idea. They are a quick pick-me-up and if you stick with the all fruit ones, healthy as well.

High protein snacks tend to be better than simple carbs to stabilize blood sugar. Many fruit snacks are filled with refined sugars and artificial colors/ flavors that are not the healthiest choices for any toddler. If tolerated and allowed at her school, cheese sticks/ cubes, yogurt, nut or seed butters, chickpea roasted/ steamed/ hummus, edamame, are some easy to pack and carry protein snacks.
