How complicated of a procedure would the removal of a bent metal rod implant from the 5th metacarpal in my right hand be? its bent about 30 degrees, causing my bone to curve upwards on the top of my hand. this happened 6 months ago and is now healed?

You should see the doctor who put the metal rod in place. Removal is not very complicated but would likely require a short procedure in an operating room where you are sedated so you won’t feel it. You should get this evaluated by the surgeon who placed it. Good luck to you!
