58 y/o f with a history of low wbc. recent wbc result 3.06 k/ul, baso% 2.9, neut 1.38 k/ul. no symptoms other than long covid cough. should we be worried? pcp and hema both say no, but is it possible for a healthy individual to have these numbers?

These numbers are only minimally low. Every lab test needs to be interpreted in the clinical situation in which it was drawn. The best person to do that is the physician who ordered the test. If your PCP and hematologist are OK with it, I would not worry about it. Good luck.
