It appears that the Covid infection has sensitized your bronchial tree and caused the development of asthmatic wheezing. I believe that antibodies formed during Covid are the culprits. I recommend consulting a pulmonologist to assess you and get you properly treated and under control before you have a long drawn out course of bronchial asthma or asthmatic bronchitis.

Post Covid recovery make be associated with a secondary infection, bronchoconstriction and an evaluation is indicated. This may include pulmonary testing and a chest image. Monitor your temperature and discuss steroids and a bronchodilator with your PCP. The anti allergy medication was not specified, and anti histamines may be used to treat an allergic reaction. Avoid allergens,/smoke.
