: Testing is more sensitive when both sides of the nose are swabbed. Our practice does both sides. If you are concerned that your symptoms are really Covid-related, recommend social distancing, fluid intake and vitamins. Retesting at a week would be prudent, especially if you develop difficulty with your sense of smell or taste.
