I had osteomyelitis and then developed sepsis i had no organ dysfunction or anything else i was placed on antibiotics and have been on them for four months the dr didn't need to see me for six is this a mild case and what are my chances for recovery?

If you are feeling well, you have recovered from sepsis. Curing osteomyelitis sometimes is difficult and depends on several factors: the specific bacteria causing it; predisposing factors like diabetes or surgery in the area with bone hardware; and others. Both an orthopedist and infectious diseases specialist should be involved in your care; they are the ones who can best answer your questions.
