If one has significant ear pain I'd look for primary ear pathology before attributing it to intracranial bleeding. I know that high intracranial pressure can cause a pressure feeling in the ear though. A neurologist or neurosurgeon would have much more experience with intracranial bleeding & whether it can cause ear pain.

Theoretically, if you suffered a unilateral skull fracture causing an epidural hematoma, you would have ear pain, but it likely would be overlooked in the presence of massive intracranial critical problems. Otherwise, ear pain would NOT be a sign of "bleeding in the brain".
