is it possible to cause a brain bleed by shaking my head too hard?

Dr. Igor Yusupov
Specializes in Neurosurgery
Not likely: In a healthy adult, it is not likely to cause a brain bleed. This is not the case in an infant as in the shaken baby syndrome, where vigorous shaking causes a brain bleed.

Not likely: Difficult to cause brain bleed without a significant impact. Do not keep shaking hard.
