If i plan on drinking heavily should i skip my 20 mg dose of xarelto. i was prescribed this due to advt in my left leg. i'm on month 2 and almost done?

If you are concerned about your health when you post this question you should not drink at all. As doctors, we never let our patients doing of what you plan to do. By the way, anticoagulant therapy for DVT should be at least 3 months.

The better solution here is not to drink heavily while on Xarelto. There is too much risk of excessive bleeding and you should not skip any doses of it. Good luck.
