Medical concerns: You have listed a number of concerns. It sounds like your alcohol intake over the last 6 months has been high enough that you are concerned it may be causing health problems. You don't know if you are responding poorly to a new medication or if your thyroid hormone levels are too low. All of these are reasons to contact your medical provider. Take care.

Yes, GP: Start with your GP, cut down on alcohol. Anxiety and fatigue are typical effects of daily alcohol consumption, blood pressure may settle as well if no alcohol ingested.
