Is it carbohydrates or salt? If carbohydrates, what kind? Refined sugars, fruits, cereals, potatoes pasta? You may need to try to eliminate responsible foods one at a time. Have a healthy diet, exercise 30 minutes/day, drink plenty of water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs.
