Could being on antibiotics and having a bad sinus infection and really bad cough make your hemoglobin level low on cbc. it was 11.5 and then repeated the next week and it came back 12.0. hem was 35.4 and then 36.5 iron ok fer ok b12 was 292?

All laboratory/imaging results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, your values are not a cause for concern. You may wish to take sub-lingual vitamin B12. Wish you good health!
