Can a bladder fistula (complicated) heal itself? i have not been wetting myself an can feel when i have to pee again. or could something worse be wrong? i was told fistulas can not heal themselves?

I assume you have a vesicovaginal fistuta. If that is the case, the fistula is transiently obstructed so you do not experience wetting (no leak in the vagina) and bladder can be full then you have the voiding urge. Unfortunately, the fistula will recanalize sooner or later.
