Large number: Most bladder fistulas represent urinary bladder perforated into the GI tract. It rarely occurs with primary bladder Ca but is most often seen with Crohns disease fistulizing into bladder or cancer of the distal colon which has fistulized. When fecal urine is noted, biopsy of the fistula is needed followed by resection.
