What should be done if debris in bladder on ultra sound and cystoscopy. could it be from fistula from small bowel to bladder?

It depends: It will show up in cystoscopy, your urologist should be able to give you more plans depending on the findings. Fistula is one of the possibilities.

Unlikely: If you had such a fistula you would also have noticed gas coming out with your urine. The debris you describe is likely associated with your history of kidney infection.

If a cystoscopy clear, can you still have a fistula. Have spc and ileostomy, no large colon. Constant uti's. Nerve damage to bladder.
