I was taught that a short PR interval can predispose one to bouts of supraventricular tachycardia even without a delta wave seen in WPW syndrome. This tachycardia, unlike ventricular tachycardia, is not as serious or life threatening. Your borderline shortened PR may simply be due to a smaller heart or increased sympathetic tone. I wouldn't be overly concerned about it.

If the short PR is persistent and you had EKG done because of cardiac symptom such as palpitation or tachycardia, etc. then you should be evaluated by a cardiologist.
