Always worried about my bp. last 12 mo. of readings @ doc office avg is 131/82. high: 150/90. low: 120/70. should i be worrying? my doc says no. thx!

Maybe. Maybe not.: These are the type of situations that can be solved only by an ongoing relationship between a patient and his primary care doctor... because such a patient will have a blood pressure that bounces around depending on his anxiety level. If he has high anxiety, he will keep his blood pressure higher. If he thinks about that (and he surely will), he will have even more anxiety. And so it goes.
