Many things: Nausea is an extremely common complaint and may be indicative of many diseases. It sounds as if you have had a full workup without any answer? Smoking marijuana may sometimes cause nausea. There is also an entity termed 'cyclic vomiting syndrome" that basically means you are nauseous without a specific cause. Talk to your doctor for a further evaluation.
