No, those symptoms seem not originating from the gallbladder, more from musculoskeletal source.

If you have no recent injury,strain or a rash of shingles ( occurs after a week of pain).this absolutely can be caused by a diseased gall bladder. Do you have a family history of gall stones. See your physician or a general surgeon for examination and appropriate testing.
