Result is conclusive: The standard HIV antibody blood tests, including rapid tests, are virtually 100% reliable any time more than 6-8 weeks (or 3 months for the oral fluids test). Therefore, your negative result is conclusive. See a doctor if you remain worried or have symptoms that concern you, but you can be confident they're not due to HIV.
