I recently did a std panel test which include all the hepatitis& my hep c came back non reactive 0.3, i was told by 1 dr on here that's it's fine my result is neg & another said no i have been exposed to the virus & it's in body not enough antibodies?

I would follow the advice of your PCP. You may have been exposed to the virus.
