Don't think that this condition is normal. It might be @ overuse of antibiotics, smoking, diabetes or poor oral hygiene. Suggest that you see dermatologist or another oral surgeon/dentist for proper treatment and possible workup for an associated condition.

You may have candidiasis, a condition of fungal overgrowth usually happen when you take antibiotic and disturb the bacteria/fungal balance. It will be back to normal after this balance reestablished.
