Cirrhosis is something that is diagnosed through lab work and additional tests. If you are engaging in heavy alcohol use that does put you at risk for a variety of health complications. Generally, the symptoms of alcohol’s effects on the liver are mild until the liver is fairly Substantially damaged. The best way to tell is to see your doctor for possible blood tests and maybe an ultrasound of the liver. In the meantime, it is very important to cut back or try to quit alcohol ingestion.
