About
Bio
I am board certified in Family Medicine and Lifestyle Medicine and have fellowship training in Sports Medicine. I completed my undergraduate degree in Architecture at The University of Virginia and went on to attend Touro College of Osteopathic Medicine. Her Family Medicine residency was at Aurora St. Lukes in Wisconsin and her Sports Medicine Fellowship at Rutgers and Princeton Universities. I am the owner of Saravit Wellness, a telehealth practice that promotes health and wellness. It is built on the premise that healthcare should be 1) collaborative, not prescriptive 2) should educate individuals that they have control of their health and quality of life, and 3) that clean nutrition, physical activity, social connection and restorative sleep is foundational to optimal health.
