Am a 35 year old male what are the chances of developing peritoneal cancer?

The peritoneum is a space that encapsulates the abdominal organs, it is not an organ. Other organs affected by cancer can spread to this space, but I have never heard or read any researcher or doctor call something peritoneal cancer.

Primary cancer of the peritoneum, a mesothelioma, is very rare. Any cancer of intrabdominal organs can spread to the peritoneum. The usual ones being ovary, pancreas and stomach cancers. You have a very remote risk of peritoneal cancer.
