This depends on what symptoms led to your CT scan, particular risks for colon cancer (e.g. strong family history), and other test results (stool testing?). Colon cancer is rare at your age, but colonoscopy might be advised if the risk is high. Discuss with your doctor, ideally a gastroenterologist.
