female 55 years old, many lymph node in abdomal cavity, hypodensity spots in liver (ct scan suspect peritoneal cancer), ca 19-9: 190. what's disease?

Not good: The ct sounds ominus . Ca-19-9 is usually a marker for pancreatic cancser. Its very elevated in this patient.

Need Biopsy: If malignant, possibllities include: ovarian cancer (al least stage iii) metastatic pancareatic cancer, or pancratobilliary cancer primary peritoneal cancer, psudomyxomatous pertoneii appendix cancer others.
