Possible: Clots below the knee only usually do not cause symptoms or significant problem even if they dislodge as they are too small to cause . Some experts do not even recommend blood thinners for this kind of clots as they often dissolve on their own. You should continue full activity as normal as this hastens improvement. If you have a lot of symptoms then short course of blood thinner is seasonable..
