I'm 38, healthy & had a ct scan w/ contrast for a headache. they said my test was perfect but later i saw the result on mychart that said, "there is mild tortuosity and irregularity consistent with mild cerebral vascular disease" should i be worried?

You stated that you are healthy so I assume you do not have history of hypertension, hyperlipidemia or diabetes mellitus. If that is correct, you have nothing to concern.

The headache has nothing to do with the blood vessels. This is most surely a congenital anomaly of no clinical consequence. Do discuss this with both doctors as they said “perfect”.
