Not sure: If headaches are progressive, positional or began recently a brain tumor, deep sinus infection, hydrocephalus, pseudotumor of SDH might be suspected If this is the worse headache of your life:Aneurysmal rupture. If chronic without progression and there is a family history and this all began years ago I have no idea why you would receive a CT (unless something was found on exam /fever)
