Hello: i have chronic cystitis that is probably going to be ic. the doctor recommended to take a women urinary track probiotic. there are too many to choose from and i want to take a good one. could you please recommend me one?

Chronic cystitis from an infection is different from interstitial cystitis and does not lead to it. It is best you see a Urologist for an accurate diagnosis before embarking on a probiotic. In the meantime water, emptying the bladder, keeping the area clean and avoiding constipation will help
